There are no refunds or returns on items unless there is a mistake on the companies behalf.

All make-up service deposits are non-refundable .

All makeup workshops are non-refundable but, they are transferable.

There is a flat rate Shipping charge of $5.

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

All Items will be shipped every Tuesday of the month beginning October 18th due to pre-orders.
